Note - The PUC RSSDog Catcher worked! I was able to easily find the original complaint. (Pretty handy tool I put together I must say) The PUC RSSdog catcher is a moniter. You have to plug the number into their filings search. Did someone forget to turn off the “insane price” switch at ERCOT? Who is manning that terminal at ERCOT?
